Lets talk simple and basic skincare! I want everyone to know how important skin care is and how a good skin care regime can help keep you feeling great about yourself and looking your absolute best!
So lets begin….
Step 1 – CLEANSE – twice per day, morning and night.
Apply the cleanser suited for your skin type using a small amount into your hands and emulsify with luke warm water. This step is to be done in a circular motion for about 1 minute. Remove the cleanser from your face using a damp wash cloth gently scrubbing and rinsing thoroughly, doing this is going to remove dirt, pollution and impurities from the skins surface.
Step 2 – TONE – twice per day, morning and night.
Apply one to two sprays of toner suited to your skin type and leave on. Toners are important in balancing the natural pH of the skin and to infuse the skin with natural vitamins and minerals.
Step 3 – EXFOLIATE – one to two times per week – BRINGS LUMINOSITY & CLARITY TO THE SKIN.
It is important to exfoliate to help remove dead skin cells and dirt that can dull your complexion. You should be using an exfoliant based on your skin type and allow it to dry for 5 – 10 minutes. Then you are going to use a face cloth that has been moistened with luke warm water to gently scrub the exfoliant off in a circular motion.
Step 4 – MASQUE – one to two times per week. TO INCREASE THE ELASTICITY AND HEALTH OF THE SKIN.
Using a masque suited to your skin type, apply a small amount with a few drops of water, apply over the entire face and neck as well as the décolleté. Allow the mask to dry for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water and a moistened wash cloth in a circular motion.
Step 5 – TREAT – daily or as required – INFUSE THE SKIN WITH PURE VITAMINS & HERBS.
Treat your specific skin care concerns, such as lack of firmness, acne, or rosacea with a targeted treatment, booster-serum, or concentrate. You can use a combination of treatments to enhance your skin care routine and get dramatic results.
Step 6 – MOISTURIZE – twice per day, morning and night.
Hydrate and soften the skin with a moisturizer based on your skin type. Apply the moisturizer over the entire face and neck area and leave on.
Step 7 – EYE CARE – twice per day, morning and night.
Using your ring finger and a gentle tapping motion, apply a small amount to the contour area around the eyes.
Step 8 – PROTECT – Daily.
Apply a sun defense to finish and protect the skin.
Step 9 – BODY CARE – daily or as required.
Yes, your body needs love too. Apply a sugar scrub to damp skin and massage in a circular motion to any part of the body that needs smoothing. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Follow with a body lotion according to your skin type and leave on.
